Thank you for your order! Once your order has been shipped, it is usually delivered by the Post Office within 2-3 business days with standard economy shipping and 1-2 business days with priority shipping.

Please note that this is an estimate and not a guaranteed delivery time – the Post Office does not operate on public holidays or weekends and may have delays on their end for other reasons, for which Limihouse is not responsible.

You can track your package using the tracking number included in your shipping confirmation email. Please check your spam folder if you do not see it in your primary inbox. NOTE: We do our best to process orders as soon as possible or within 24 hours on business days. Order processing time may be slightly longer (up to 48 hours on business days) during special events, such as Black Friday or Christmas.

• We avoid polystyrene foam and use only biodegradable corn-based fillings. They are safe for the environment and can be dissolved in water.
• Our tape is made of paper.
• Our logo sticker is printed with soy ink.
• We reuse the bubble wrap we receive from brand deliveries to protect fragile glass products. If you receive a product wrapped in bubble wrap, know that it has been reused by us and can even be reused by you.
